These Terms cover digital report sales, PayPal payments, and refund principles. Have counsel review once your operating entity details are finalized.
Agreement
By creating an account or using Visora at https://geovisora.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Visora for a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
Service description
Visora provides GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) tools: website scanning, teaser and full audit reports, report credit packs, optional AI-assisted suggestions, and related dashboards. Output is informational and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. We do not guarantee that AI systems (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) will cite or rank your site.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You may not: abuse rate limits; scan unlawful or unauthorized targets; attempt to breach security; resell raw access in violation of these terms; or use the service to spam or harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Free teaser vs paid unlocks
Free scans produce limited teaser results. Full reports require payment (single unlock or prepaid report credits) or other entitlements we may offer. Pricing is shown in USD on the unlock and settings pages (e.g. first single unlock promotional price, then standard price; multi-report packs as listed).
Payments
Paid products are processed by PayPal (primary) or Stripe if configured. You authorize the charge for the selected product. Taxes may apply depending on your location and PayPal's rules. Subscription plans (starter/growth/pro) may be limited until PayPal Subscriptions are enabled; one-time purchases (report unlock, report packs, AI credit packs) are the primary paid products.
Digital goods — refunds
Full GEO reports and credit packs are digital goods delivered immediately after successful payment (report unlock and/or credit balance). Because delivery is instant, all sales are generally final once fulfillment completes, except where required by law or where PayPal/consumer rules mandate a refund (e.g. proven double charge, non-delivery due to our system failure). If you believe you were charged without receiving the product, contact us within 7 days via the Contact form with your account email and approximate payment time; we will investigate with PayPal records.
Shopify and third-party products
Shopify merchants may be directed to a separate Shopify App (e.g. CiteShop) with its own listing, billing, and terms. Visora website billing and the App Store product are separate offerings.
Intellectual property
Visora branding, software, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to your own site content. You grant us a limited license to crawl and analyze URLs you submit, solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Audit scores and recommendations are estimates based on automated checks and available page content.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO VISORA FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Termination
You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Provisions on liability, IP, and refunds survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Disputes should first be raised via our Contact form.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Material changes may be highlighted on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
